Hi, I’m Leanne, the face behind Pink Petals Brisbane.

I started out in floristry in 2023 after a varied career in administration and finance, as well as being a bridal hair & makeup artist for 7 years back in New Zealand.

Missing the creativity, and always having had a love for flowers, I decided to study for my Cert 3 in Floristry.

I have a passion for wedding and event florals and all things pink.

I love flowers, don’t ask me which is my favourite as there are so many and it changes on a weekly basis, they are just all so pretty.

I work out of my home studio which is located in Greenbank (4124), which is actually all white and not pink ha ha.

Pink Petals is an independent florist, not affiliated with any networks and all images (except the one on the FAQ page) are my own, no cookie cutter designs here.

Some things about me you may or may not find interesting - I’m addicted to lip gloss (has them everywhere), is a bit obsessed with buying pretty notebooks, favourite colour is pink (I mean just take a look at Instagram, there's pink everywhere, not to mention our name ha ha), collects cookbooks, starting working at the age of 13, has 3 tattoos (soon to be 4), loves old classic rock (she's a late 70's baby), partial to the odd drop (ok bottle) of red wine and has a dry sense of humour, oh and loves flowers :)

I am also available for freelance event work around Brisbane if any florists or event planners need a hand, ABN registered and fully insured with AUZI Insurance.
