No, as we are a home studio based florist, all of our items are pre-ordered to avoid wastage.
If you require same day delivery, please email hello@pinkpetalsbrisbane.com.au before 10am to see what we can do, we will accommodate if we can.

We deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdays and Fridays, excluding public holidays.
Specific delivery times can’t be requested, we we take all delivery’s into account and optimize the delivery route from there.
Delivery times are between 9am and 3pm .

Our delivery fee is $12.95 per order.

All current available dates will be viewable once you add to your cart.
We often open up pre-orders for Valentines and Mother’s Day

No, we are a home based studio and only make to order.
We will post on our socials if we have stock available to purchase so make sure to follow us on Instagram and facebook.

We will email once your order is ready with a pickup time window.

Orders will be left on the front doorstep / porch if no one is home.
If they have a gate and we can’t get in, orders will be left at the letterbox.
When ordering ensure you know the recipient will be around to accept their order. Advise is any dogs or gates.

There are far too many domestic violence and stalker incidents in Australia and we won’t be a part of it, all flowers must say who they are from. If we deem the message to be inappropriate, we will cancel the order.

Previously we were Williams Flower Co, and rebranded to Pink Petals in late 2024.
Pink Petals represents more of who we are and what we are about, and not to mention is pink :)
